There was a ton of buzz around Rapid Realty’s FLO Weekend 2013 within the Rapid brand. As an original concept by Christine M. Coley, franchisees were excited to see what the weekend would hold, as well as putting their skiing chops up against CEO and Founder Anthony Lolli. FLO Weekend was definitely all that they could of hoped for and more. Lets just say that no other brand could have mixed business with pleasure as well as Rapid. Seriously, it was fun.

This weekend is about getting our leaders out of the daily grind and routine mind-frame to build cohesive and uniformed business practices among the 3 main segments of the company—corporate, the advisory council, and all franchisees.
Kenyatta Nelson, one of Rapid Realty’s top producers, said, “I’m inspired by this whole event…Rapid Realty is changing the landscape of the neighborhoods in a positive way.”
Opening Session and State of the Company Address
CEO Anthony Lolli and COO Carlos Angelucci both took center stage. They discussed their plan for the weekend as well as set a laid back, yet serious atmosphere, that would permeate the weekend. Not only was business taken care of, but, at the end, Anthony even asked where the after party was!
Train The Trainer
With an inspirational video from Steve Jobs that included quotes like, ”if you don’t love it, you’re gonna fail,” and,“you need a team of great people,” as well as a motivational talk from the tag-team of Anthony Lolli and Carlos Angelucci. They reminded their business owners of the hard work and dedication they must have if they plan on succeeding within the Rapid Realty Brand. The tone was set with the reminder, “What will make you hungry [enough to succeed]?”
Michelle Charles commented, “Each Franchisee has so much to offer. Experience, knowledge, personality..It’s important that we understand and embrace business partners…Anthony Lolli is so supportive…we are grateful to him as well.”
Raising the Bar on How We Do Business
This was a combination of introducing the exciting new partnerships Rapid Realty is beginning: Suite Protector, Impulse Nation, Carpingo/All Car, BHG Cleaning Service, as well as other partnerships they are building upon. They also introduced some new and revised initiatives that were created through the 11 person Advisory Council.

Awards Ceremony / Celebration
With their induction into the INC. 500/5000, Rapid Realty has a lot to celebrate! First, they took the time to celebrate their Brand Ambassadors. Rapid spent a good portion of their time celebrating and commending not only their highest money makers in various sections, but also those whom they believe to be the future of Rapid Realty. And as if just to prove they can party, there was a party with DJStacks from Hot 97 and a dance floor filled with people.
With more team building, the next morning a group of the franchisees and agents went to a restaurant for breakfast and then hit the shooting range! The weekend rounded off as a perfect blend of work and play. Rapid has used this weekend to begin positioning itself for a strong 2013.
